The webinar, “Riding TRID to Local Development and Revitalization,” will be presented at 11 a.m., Sept. 30, by Lynn Colosi of Delta Development. Colosi will explain just what is a Transit Revitalization Investment District (TRID), and how this program allows improvements at and around transit facilities to be paid for by the development that occurs around the facility. TRID is based on the concept that the activity happening at a transit facility, like a bus-way station, can facilitate development and revitalize communities.
