LGA’s Webinar Wednesday session, “Creating an Implementable Comprehensive Plan,” is now available online. The session, presented by Denny Puko, Planning Program manager for the PA Department of Community and Economic Development, discusses how to create a comprehensive plan that gets implemented and initiates action instead of sitting on the shelf. He will suggest five keys for an implementable plan, including creating detailed action plans to solve current community issues and creating capacity to implement the plan before the plan is finished. The webinar will present case examples of plans using the implementable plan approach.
