The Pillars of Good Government is a project of to recommend policies, practices for local governments in pursuit of good government. These pillars of good government are for use by local governments and citizens for the purpose of evaluation the value and performance of local government services. The process for establishing the standards engages individuals around the following “pillars” of good government: both professionals and volunteers in local government to have worked to develop Pillars of Good Government in key areas.

- Public Sector Human Resource Management
