Local Government Academy provides training and technical assistance for governing boards, leadership teams and employees in the area of conflict competency and conflict management. LGA has three programs to assist local governing boards in identifying, managing and overcoming internal and external conflicts.

LGA 3C: Conflict Competency Coaching
A free, confidential program of conflict competency assessment and coaching in order to improve individual ability to manage conflict more effectively and improve the way conflict is handled in their organizations. The deadline to apply is April 30, 2015.
Conflict Management Approaches for Local Boards and Organizations
Training and technical assistance for municipal and school district leaders in southwestern Pennsylvania in the areas of conflict competency and conflict management.
Intergovernmental Consensus & Conflict Resolution Program
A low-cost technical assistance program to improve and sustain intergovernmental cooperation projects.
