Managing Marcellus: Series on Regulations, Pipelines, and Community Impacts:
In 2012, LGA launched the Managing Marcellus training series in partnership with Sustainable Pittsburgh and the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission. Since then, multiple programs have been held, focusing on a number of topics designed to help local elected officials manage the impacts of Marcellus Shale development on their communities.
