Due to the overwhelming interest, Local Government Academy is conducting preregistration for our acclaimed Newly Elected Officials Course (NEOC).

Designed specifically for local elected officials in Pennsylvania, NEOC provides a comprehensive understanding of municipal finance, public safety, personnel law, ethics, media relations, and more. Focusing on the specific needs of local government officials and featuring expert instructors from both academia and the “real world,” NEOC is designed to help local government officials develop their leadership skills and build important relationships.

This year, LGA is excited to present a modernized program that will prove more accessible for participants juggling busy schedules and multiple commitments. Changes include holding sessions on Saturdays at convenient locations with free and ample parking.
