This year, municipalities and governing bodies across the southwestern Pennsylvania region submitted their projects to us for Local Government Academy’s annual Municipal Intern Program. Thirteen projects have been selected, featuring focuses on a multitude of modern challenges that communities face everyday, such as outreach, comprehensive planning, MS4 data collection, sustainability, and engineering.
Grads and undergrads can submit their polished resumes and plan to meet with representatives at the Municipal Intern Fair on Wednesday, March 27, at 12:00 PM, for a chance at a summer internship. You’ll find us at the University of Pittsburgh’s William Pitt Union. Dress your best and practice your handshakes.
