All sessions start at 2:00 PM.

1. Successful Financial Management for Sound Decision Making. Wednesday, June 2, this session, will share tips on how to use your budget as a roadmap to create a common understanding with your officials.
2. How your budget can help you navigate through labor negotiations. Wednesday, June 16, instructors will help you refine your budget to estimate personnel costs and share best practice reporting to help with successful labor negotiations.
3. Implementing Internal Financial Controls. Wednesday, June 30, learn best practices and pitfalls of failing to have proper controls.
