By his or her attendance, each participant consents to the Academy’s use of their images appearing in such photographs or videos. Participants agree that the Academy may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the Academy including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
