Registration for both the Nov. 5, 2015, Managing Marcellus program being held at Washington & Jefferson College and the After Act 13 Managing Marcellus online program is open.

• On Nov. 5, 2015, the Managing Marcellus Series will address the fiscal opportunities and challenges facing municipalities though natural gas development. This program, being held at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA, is being offered through a partnership of Local Government Academy, W&J College’s Center for Energy Policy and Management and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland – Pittsburgh Branch. This event is open to all municipal officials and employees and interested people throughout southwestern Pennsylvania.
This program now offers 3.5 Continuing Legal Education Credits.
