This Webinar Wednesday presentation will be made by Tim Bish, Max Junker and Alyssa Golfieri, all attorneys with Babst Calland in Pittsburgh. They will present an overview of Tax Increment Financing, Neighborhood Improvement Districts and LERTA Tax Abatements, and the related economic development opportunities afforded by these tools.
The three will present each economic development tool and explain how and when each should be used.
The webinar is being held from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 8, with time for questions and answers from participants at the end of the session.
