I have lived in Oakmont for the last 14 years following retirement. I enjoyed a 40 + year career as an electrical engineer in the aerospace/defense industry. In that time, I had roles in both personnel and project management. I have experience in the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of complex projects involving many people and diverse disciplines.

I hold a BS from Tufts University, an MS from the Catholic University of America, and have taken graduate courses at University of Southern California. I am a current member of the Oakmont Borough Council, Secretary of a homeowner’s association and the Oakmont representative to the AVNCOG., I am active in environmental causes and in FairDistrictsPa (a non-partisan anti gerrymandering organization).

Before coming to Oakmont, I lived and worked in the Marshall Islands (for Lockheed-Martin).

Mr Casey is a retired Railroader and Banker. He worked his way through Duquesne University as a brakeman & conductor on freight and passenger trains. After graduating he entered management and had many labor unions reporting to him as a Pittsburgh Division Trainmaster and went on to hold many management positions such as District and Regional Sales Manager.

After 22 years he retired from the Rail Industry so his family could remain in Pittsburgh. Railroads included, Conrail, The Denver & Rio Grande, Southern Pacific and Union Pacific. As a Banker he worked at Mellon & US Bank retiring as a SNVP Sales.

In the Army I served 3 years as a combat engineer and earned the Army Commendation Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. I am the 11th of 12 children of a small business owner father and an immigrant mother. I have lived in the City of Washington for 30 years. I am an Eagle Scout, was a Camp counselor at Camp Anawanna, and was a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow. All 3 of my boys are Eagle Scouts.

I am a 31-year Member of Teamsters Local #585 and have previously been a member of the United Steel Workers and the Boilermakers. I have been employed by Joy Mining Machinery (now Komatsu Mining) for the past 31 years as a welder/fabricator, small mechanical, and currently a warehouser.

Dixon has a Master's of Science in Internet Information Systems from Robert Morris University. I currently work for the Johns Hopkins University as a public health advisor, helping strengthen health systems and services in developing countries. As an international development professional, I have 30 years' experience leading large non-profit public health and conservation programs in Africa and Asia, including 22 years living and working in some of the poorest countries of the world. I served for 7 years on school boards in Zambia and Madagascar, both of which included overseeing a change of school director and significant structural changes. This included raising $4m in capital for new school facilities in Zambia and launching a successful process to build a new campus and relocate the school in Madagascar. I moved back to the US, to O'Hara Township, in 2014 with my 2 children to join my wife who's a 'born and bred' Yinzer.

He is also a 40 Under 40 for Cancer and Tampa Bay 40 Under 40 award winner. Prior to joining the MGT Executive Leadership Team, Brandon was the Vice President overseeing the Human Resources, Policy and Compliance, and Revenue Performance Management departments of a global technology company and has been a consultant for both Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton. Brandon is also a former U.S. Supreme Court and White House intern. He holds a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University's School of Public Policy, a Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University, and is certified in Human Resources (i.e., Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)), Project Management (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP)), and Change Management (i.e., Prosci Change Manager). As a rare cancer survivor, Brandon also volunteers and gives speeches for the American Cancer Society and other cancer non-profit organizations. Dr. Kathleen Roppa, who has 35 years of experience as an educator and school administrator, completed her undergraduate work at Slippery Rock University and received her Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.

She taught in the Quaker Valley School District from 1978 to 1990 and served as an assistant principal and principal in the North Allegheny School District from 1990 to 2006. She then became the assistant superintendent in the Neshannock Township School District until she retired in 2012.

After retiring from public education, she was the principal at Saint Sebastian school from 2012 to 2014.
